1. Agreement to Terms By installing the Guardian Proxy extension or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the B2B relationship between your company and MIHA-DROP P.T.E.S. OÜ.
2. Description of Service Guardian Proxy is an automated data masking tool designed to filter sensitive information locally before it interacts with third-party generative AI platforms.
3. Limitation of Liability and “As-Is” Provision While our NLP engine is highly advanced, no algorithmic filtering is 100% foolproof. Guardian Proxy is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
- We do not guarantee that the extension will catch every conceivable format of sensitive data.
- The ultimate responsibility for reviewing the masked input before submitting it to third-party AI platforms rests with the user.
- MIHA-DROP P.T.E.S. OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or breaches of commercial secrecy, arising from the use or inability to use the service.
4. Subscriptions and Payments Access to Guardian Proxy is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable recurring fees.
5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
